Insurance, Tracking + Lost and Damaged Items
Every order is packed with great care to ensure it arrives undamaged, but occasionally parts can be lost or damaged in transit.

Orders sent as Regular and Express Parcels include tracking and insurance. Tracking numbers are automatically sent to the buyer once order(s) are fulfilled. In the event of loss or damage, the seller will work with shipping couriers to recover and/or replace the products.

Returns Accepted within 30 days of Purchase
Products must be in the same condition as when sold and have original purchase receipt. Please contact us to arrange.

Faulty / Not As Described
If a buyer wishes to return products due to being faulty, damaged or not as described - postage costs will be refunded in full.

Wrong Choice / Change Of Mind
If a buyer wishes to return products for refund due to wrong choice or impulse buy - postage costs will NOT be refunded, plus there is a return fee of 10% per product. For example, a $29 product minus 10% restocking fee = a refund of $26.10.

Flexible Installation

It's mainly aimed at being portable - but it can be hard-wired into your vehicles battery, so that it's not relying solely on it's own battery. It charges through a USB port, so can easily and quickly be removed if hard-wired.

Magnetic Body

The body is hiding super-strong rare earth magnets inside, for a trustworthy magnetic mounting option.

IP65 Water Resistant

The device is water-resistant from splashes, but will not survive being completely submerged in water.

Sensors and Alerts

Shock Sensor - Sends app alert when vibration felt, with adjustable senstitivity.
Battery Low Alert - Sends app alert when the devices battery power gets low.
Geo-Fence In/Out Alert - Sends app alert when device enters or leaves specified areas. Fully customisable.

FAQs

iPhone 5s and upwards are compatible with the device.

Basically all Android phones are compatible, except some much older models.

The in-built backup battery ensures you receive notifications if the power is disconnected, and can last over 190 days, depending on settings.

If the GPS tracker is connected to power when it is installed, it only uses its internal battery in the following circumstances:
- Battery is removed from the vehicle
- The power source to the GPS tracker is cut

All user, location and drive data is securely saved on the GPS devices own internal memory. Nothing is stored in the Cloud!

3G GPS Trackers are much cheaper and will work for now, but 3G is currently being phased out - so trackers that only support 3G will not work much longer. Not to mention the 4G network has better coverage!

There are absolutely no ongoing fees or charges. The device is sold outright and has zero ongoing subscription fees. Simply purchase your own SIM card, which gives you the freedom to change phone provider or plan at any time.

Any mobile phone providers SIM card will work, as long as it supports 3G/4G.

We recommend "long life" credit plans, where the expiry time can be up to 365 days. Most mobile phone providers have similar plans available. We recommend the Telstra Long Life Plus Pre-paid Plan which costs around $70 for 365 days.

Credit to send SMS Alert Notifications to users mobile phone (Alerts can be disabled) - 20c per SMS, on average 4 per month
