1. Choose Hardware

2. Get a SIM Card
Any mobile phone providers SIM Card will work, as long as it supports 4G - one of those simple $2 Pre-paid SIM card starter kits.
🟦 We recommend the Telstra Long Life Plus Pre-paid Plan which costs start from around $70 for 365 days.
🟦 If you do not want to use the microphone feature, you can opt for a "data only" plan to save some money.
3. Setup, Install and Track
Once you have everything, you just need to setup the device and install the hardware and software - Don't worry, it's easy.
🟦 Insert your SIM Card into GPS Device and install the Elite GPS Software onto your mobile device. Alternatively, you can log into the Online Monitor. Make sure the SIM has data, and credit (if applicable).
🟦 Permanently installed devices need to be hard-wired in. We highly recommend that a professional does this for you.
🟦 Portable devices just need to be charged before use.
🟦 All devices are pre-setup, so you don't need to do anything else - you're ready to track.

Frequently Asked Questions
iPhone 5s and upwards are compatible with the device.
Basically all Android phones are compatible, except some much older models.
The in-built backup battery ensures you receive notifications if the power is disconnected, and will last approximately 30 days up to about 2 years (depending on settings.
If the GPS tracker is connected to power when it is installed, it only uses its internal battery in the following circumstances:
- Battery is removed from the vehicle
- The power source to the GPS tracker is cut
All user, location and drive data is securely saved on the GPS devices own internal memory. Nothing is stored in the Cloud!
3G is currently being phased out - so trackers that only support 3G will not work much longer. All of our devices will continue to work after 3G is finally retired late in 2024, as they support both 3G and 4G networks.
There are absolutely no ongoing fees or charges. The device is sold outright and has zero ongoing subscription fees. Simply purchase your own SIM card, which gives you the freedom to change phone provider or plan at any time.

GPS Trackers use:
Data to track your vehicle - average amount used per month is 60-70MB
Credit to send SMS Alert Notifications to users mobile phone (Alerts can be disabled) - 20c per SMS, on average 4 per month
Dash Cameras use:
Data to track your vehicle - average amount used per month is 60-70MB
Video streaming - average amount used per month is unknown at this stage but can easily add up quickly.
