Insurance, Tracking + Lost and Damaged Items
Every order is packed with great care to ensure it arrives undamaged, but occasionally parts can be lost or damaged in transit.

Orders sent as Regular and Express Parcels include tracking and insurance. Tracking numbers are automatically sent to the buyer once order(s) are fulfilled. In the event of loss or damage, the seller will work with shipping couriers to recover and/or replace the products.

Returns Accepted within 30 days of Purchase
Products must be in the same condition as when sold and have original purchase receipt. Please contact us to arrange.

Faulty / Not As Described
If a buyer wishes to return products due to being faulty, damaged or not as described - postage costs will be refunded in full.

Wrong Choice / Change Of Mind
If a buyer wishes to return products for refund due to wrong choice or impulse buy - postage costs will NOT be refunded, plus there is a return fee of 10% per product. For example, a $29 product minus 10% restocking fee = a refund of $26.10.

FAQs

iPhone 5s and upwards are compatible with the device.

Basically all Android phones are compatible, except some much older models.

The eliteOne trackers have a built-in battery, available in two sizes. They are easily recharged using a USB-C cable.

All user, location and drive data is securely saved on the GPS devices own internal memory. Nothing is stored in the Cloud!

3G GPS Trackers are much cheaper and will work for now, but 3G is currently being phased out - so trackers that only support 3G will not work much longer. Not to mention the 4G network has better coverage!

There are absolutely no ongoing fees or charges. The device is sold outright and has zero ongoing subscription fees. Simply purchase your own SIM card, which gives you the freedom to change phone provider or plan at any time.

Any mobile phone providers SIM card will work, as long as it supports 3G/4G.

We recommend "long life" credit plans, where the expiry time can be up to 365 days. Most mobile phone providers have similar plans available. We recommend the Telstra Long Life Plus Pre-paid Plan which costs around $70 for 365 days.
Telstra / Voadfone

The device uses:
Data to track your vehicle - average amount used per month is 60-70MB
Video streaming - average amount used per month is unknown at this stage but can easily add up quickly. [Prices are from using a Telstra plan. Other carriers prices may differ.]

We give 24 months warranty on all hardware from the date of purchase.

All future fixes and upgrades are free and done automatically over-the-air. No painful manual updates and no more outdated devices.
