    Insurance, Tracking + Lost and Damaged Items
    Every order is packed with great care to ensure it arrives undamaged, but occasionally parts can be lost or damaged in transit.

    Orders sent as Regular and Express Parcels include tracking and insurance.  Tracking numbers are automatically sent to the buyer once order(s) are fulfilled.  In the event of loss or damage, the seller will work with shipping couriers to recover and/or replace the products.

    Returns Accepted within 30 days of Purchase
    Products must be in the same condition as when sold and have original purchase receipt. Please contact us to arrange.

    Faulty / Not As Described
    If a buyer wishes to return products due to being faulty, damaged or not as described - postage costs will be refunded in full.

    Wrong Choice / Change Of Mind
    If a buyer wishes to return products for refund due to wrong choice or impulse buy - postage costs will NOT be refunded, plus there is a return fee of 10% per product. For example, a $29 product minus 10% restocking fee = a refund of $26.10.

    It's hard-wired into your vehicles battery, so that it's not relying solely on it's own battery.

    Remote Control of Vehicle

    In the apps and online software, at the push of a button, you can remotely cut the fuel feed to the vehicles engine to temporarily disable the vehicle; for retireveal purposes only. (For example. Circuit could also be used for other purposes. To be used at own risk, legally speaking.)

    Multiple Sensors and Alerts
    • Shock Sensor - Sends app alert when vibration felt, with adjustable senstitivity.

    iPhone 5s and upwards are compatible with the device.

    Basically all Android phones are compatible, except some much older models.

    The in-built backup battery ensures you receive notifications if the power is disconnected, and will last approximately 2 hours.

    The GPS tracker is connected to constant power when it is installed, so it only uses its internal battery in the following circumstances:
    -  Battery is removed from the vehicle
    -  The power source to the GPS tracker is cut

    All user, location and drive data is securely saved on the GPS devices own internal memory.  Nothing is stored in the Cloud!

    3G GPS Trackers are much cheaper and will work for now, but 3G is currently being phased out - so trackers that only support 3G will not work much longer.  Not to mention the 4G network has better coverage!

    There are absolutely no ongoing fees or charges.  The device is sold outright and has zero ongoing subscription fees.  Simply purchase your own SIM card, which gives you the freedom to change phone provider or plan at any time.

    Any mobile phone providers SIM card will work, as long as it supports 3G/4G.

    We recommend "long life" credit plans, where the expiry time can be up to 365 days. Most mobile phone providers have similar plans available. We recommend the Telstra Long Life Plus Pre-paid Plan which costs around $70 for 365 days.

    Very impressed with this product. It performs as expected, the software is easy to manage and most importantly I can use the fuel pump cut off as an additional immobilisation feature to prevent theft whilst the vehicle is parked. This is very valuable asset in the current climate.

    I installed the Elite Hard a week ago and I am very pleased with it.
